Dream big, dance bigger. Create a hoop dance performance and film it. Applaud yourself, gift yourself with a post performance bouquet and maybe some chocolates! No one ever needs to see it. Do it for yourself because you are fabulous!

Very excited - I'm up to 28 minutes of solid waist hooping per day (14 min each direction) and I swear it's helping tone and whittle down my waist. It's so much fun to do while listening to my favorite music.

As soon as the warmer weather arrives, I'll be outside practicing my tricks!!

How about you? Any goals or fun planned for warmer weather hooping? :D
