A couple days ago the family and I completed one of the coolest tours at the resort - Wild Africa Trek. Over three hours we got a behind the scenes tour with a couple guides and a zookeeper. We clipped in and hung over the hippo enclosure and walked over the crocodiles! The tour ended with a private tour of the savanna and incredible finger foods in a pavilion in the middle of Kilimanjaro Safari. I can’t recommend this enough! We will certainly be doing this again.

On Thursday our group was lucky enough to go on a six hour VIP tour and it was a blast! We hit all four parks and rode all the headliners and ended our time in a special viewing section for fireworks. What a once in a lifetime opportunity!

One of the greatest perks of staying at a Deluxe hotel, outside of the accommodations, is the opportunity to attend Extended Evening Hours at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It gives you an extra opportunity to ride both Tron and Guardians of the Galaxy’s Cosmic Rewind (along with other rides)! Last night we rode Tron - what a fun and exhilarating attraction!
