UPDATE- had a family emergency only half the emails were sent out. I’ll be back at it again tomorrow 1/10.

Watch for your emails they should be arriving around 1/8 or 1/9. If you don't hear from me check your spam, then email me directly.

DOGS- After much consideration and thought, we will be allowing dogs back at Sea Horse. I will talk on the phone directly with each group that wants to bring a dog to ensure that the rules are known. If a group does not follow the rules then their dogs will not be welcome back. This will be strict so make sure you follow the rules and pick up after your dogs and keep them off the furniture. Really hoping that we can continue with dogs in the future.

PLEASE!!! Pup owners don’t travel with pets who don’t travel well. The last two groups with dogs have cost us a lot in carpet and bedding cleaning. This might be the last year we allow anyone to bring pets if you can’t clean up after them and not have them completely trash the carpets.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the beds or furniture and MUST be crated when you are not with them.

P.s.this good-est boy is not the culprit. Pic for attention. This is one of my kids. I totally understand wanting to travel with the “whole” family but we just don’t know if we can afford to keep letting guests bring their pets.

2023 Beach Season is Coming!!!

Re-booking email have come out. Please look through your spam folder or contact me if you did not get it.

Also with always trying to be transparent to our guests about our booking process, starting this year we will have a change as to how we book the house. This will not affect some of you but for some this will affect you in various ways and we apologize for any inconvenience. We do a significant amount of business through VRBO and want to be consistent with the policies across our entire business. When our guests book on VRBO they input the number of people and they get a contract. It is not broken down and there is no way to break it down. This is a consistent practice across the entire vacation rental industry. With this being said, we are not going to be breaking down the stays by day anymore for the number of people and horses per day. The max number of people/horses staying at the house on any given day is the amount for the contract. I am also trying to streamline this process for myself to create less contract changes and adjustments. Sea Horse has grown into having an extremely large base of guests and with me working full time I have a hard time keeping up with all the small contract changes that happen throughout the year. I will allow total number of people to change still up till 30 days before your stay as I always have and will make a final adjustment to the contract based on those final numbers as we know group numbers change as life events happen throughout the year.

We appreciate each and every one of you who choose to stay with us and appreciate you patience as we have gone through our growing pains over the last few years. I could never have guessed how this business has grown when I took over doing this 12 years ago and we hope to be able to keep sharing our home with everyone for years to come.

We look forward to the 2023 season and seeing all of you enjoying your ponies on the beach.
