Wednesday on LBK in front of Beachplace…it’s been an absolutely stunning week! Water color is just gorgeous 🙏 Lots of landscape cleanup still happening but thankful for the return of our beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico after Milton and Helene.

Walked past our pool today and happy to report that it is full of clean water!! 👏👏 Still not open but perhaps soon???

Felt like a dream when I walked past the pool today and saw it drained and CLEAN! Does this mean water is on the way?? 🤞

- Reopening for dinner on Tuesday, Oct. 15th at 3:30 pm. Starting Wednesday, they will be open for lunch & dinner.

- Limited menu (Serving large cheese & pepperoni pizzas)
- Opening around 2:15 pm today! (open until 8 pm)

We are moving in the right direction!! We are just 3 days post-Milton and the clean-up effort is in full swing on LBK.

Update October 13, 2024:

Beachplace is open. Residents may return.

Power has been restored to all units. It is out in the lobbies of Buildings 10 and 11 and in those building's common areas.

Elevators are in service.

Driveways are clear of fallen trees.

Water pressure is back to normal -- not from the Longboat Key system, which is still at low pressure, but due to the use of our pumps.

A Boil Water Alert is in effect.

Wastewater service is limited by Longboat Key, so please be judicious in your use of drains and the sanitary system.

Office Phones and Internet are working.

Office will be open during its regular hours -- 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Security and Maintenance phones are still out due to a highly localized power problem.
