Beachplace resort offers monthly rental rates during the season and shorter rentals in the off-season. There is a 12% tax, one-time post-visit cleaning fee of $150.00 (cleaning services can be arranged as often as youād like for an additional fee), and Beachplace application fee of $100.00.
