Dear LTA Member:

The LTA board has been working for several months on a project to update the technology behind the LTA website. We are proud to announce the cutover to this new platform which will provide you with:

· Improved ease of use

· Easier access to information

· A membership sign up and renewal process that is better automated

· Current web technology allowing for easier updating of information by the board

· Online League Registration

We plan to start the migration to the new website www.longmonttennis.com on Friday, March 13th at approximately 4PM. During the cutover our old website - www.longmonttenis.org-- will not be available. We will send an email to all members once the new site is up and running. We anticipate it will be up and running by Monday morning, March 16th.

In order to access the new site you will need to do the following:
1.

Go to www.longmonttennis.com. Save this as a new favorite and delete or update your old LTA website favorite. Accessing the old website address will result in an automatic re-direction to the new website.

2.

You will be sent an invitation from MemberPlanet on behalf of the LTA. The invitation will ask that you create a NEW login and password. Your old password WILL NOT be accepted on the new platform. You will be asked to update your personal information and will then have access to the entire LTA directory and other features. Your membership renewal dates will be preserved.

3.

If you had a family membership with one email address, you will have to register all additional family members separately on the new platform.

Once you have successfully signed in, please explore the new site and become familiar with the navigation and updated information. If you have any questions or issues when accessing the new site, please send an email to [email protected]

We hope that you will enjoy the LTA website's new look and feel.

For the LTA Board: Scott Hemphill

The LTA is actively looking for volunteers to help plan community building social events held in conjunction with the Longmont Open Tournament.

Dear LTA Members and League Captains,
Happy New Year!

I’m sure many of you have started planning for the 2020 League season. We have been working with the City of Longmont over the past few weeks in order to determine how many courts we will be able to secure at each of the facilities next year. To that end, for each league night the following facilities are available:

▪ QUAIL 1 (5 Courts)***
▪ QUAIL 2 (5 Courts)***
▪ PRATT 1 (4 Courts ) + DAWSON (1 Court)
▪ PRATT 2 (4 Courts ) + DAWSON (1 Court)
▪ CARR (4 Courts) + DAWSON (1 Court)

* In the event that both QUAIL teams are scheduled for HOME one line 1 from each team would play at AFFOLTER.

ALL Other Leagues
* QUAIL 1 (3 Courts)
* QUAIL 2 (3 Courts)
* QUAIL 3 (3 Courts)
* PRATT 1 (3 Courts)
* PRATT 2 (3 Courts)
* AFFOLTER 1 (3 Courts)
* AFFOLTER 2 (3 Courts)
* CARR (3 Courts) (only evening and weekend leagues)
