Then the world went to work on you.

👶 First, your parents shaped your reality.

Will you… hold my hand for a little while?
I don’t need you to save me.
No need for you to fix anything.
No need for you to carry my pain.
But will you simply hold my hand?
I don’t need your words,
Your thoughts,
Nor your shoulders to carry me.
But will you sit here for a while with me?

Whilst my tears stream,
Whilst my heart shatters,
Whilst my mind plays tricks on me,
Will you, with your presence, let me know that I am not alone, while I wander into my inner unknown?

For my darkness is mine to face,
My pain is mine to feel,
And my wounds are mine to heal.
But will you sit with me here, while I courageously show up for it all, my dear?

For I am bright because of my darkness,
Beautiful because of my brokenness,
And strong because of my tender heart.
But will you take my hand lovingly when I sometimes journey into the dark?

I don’t ask for you to take my darkness away,
I don’t expect you to brighten my day,
And I don’t believe you can mend my pain.

Most of physical reality is invisible to us, according to science.

95% of the cosmos may be forever beyond our ability to sense or detect it.

Our eyes detect light within a narrow range of 380-770 nanometers, while our ears register sound between 20 Hz and 20 kHz.

Beyond these limits, ultraviolet and infrared light remain invisible, and ultrasonic or infrasonic sounds go unheard. Yet, these unseen and unheard frequencies exist all around us, influencing nature and our bodies in ways we may not realize.

From radio waves to deep-sea whale calls, countless signals move through the air and environment, unnoticed by human senses. Modern technology, like infrared cameras and ultrasonic sensors, helps bridge this sensory gap, revealing an unseen world filled with vital information. Still, what else might we be missing?

The Meaning of True Love from a man... and a woman. 💕

Unfortunately, most people may go their entire lifetime and never experience the meaning of actual true love.

It's even slightly depressing to think that most people will never understand how powerful this picture actually is.

This is a prime example of how men and women should be treating their partners with every day that passes.

We unfortunately live in a time where many of us have no idea what it takes to be a healthy partner in our relationships.

Let me give you a couple of examples ......

A loving partner asks about your day and genuinely cares about the answer.

A loving partner respects your boundaries and never forces you to do anything you're not ready to do.

They make time for you and take that time to learn and understand who you are as a person.

A loving partner consistently shows you the definition of effort with every day that passes.

They will call you randomly throughout the day just to check on you and your mental health.

A loving partner is undeniably committed to you and looks for new ways to fall in love with you.

They make protecting your heart a number one priority.

A loving partner never makes permanent decisions based on temporary emotions.

They never confuse you on where you stand in their life.

A loving partner apologizes when they are wrong and stays true to their character.

They don't mind hurting other people's feelings to protect yours.

A loving partner gives you affection without sexual expectation.

A loving partner refuses to entertain any other people who aren't you.

They have genuine intentions with you from day one and show you how it truly feels to be a priority rather than an option.

A loving partner will help you heal from the trauma that nobody apologized for.

A loving partner values you and would never put themselves in a position to lose you.

Take my advice and wait for the one that never lets you fall asleep at night questioning your own self-worth.
