Today I submitted an offer on a property in Sedona, AZ. I am very excited as it has amazing views and great potential! Sedona is a thriving tourist and residential city. Sedona has a lot of to offer; golfing, hikes, spas, dining, shopping, rivers, and so much more! If you haven’t been I suggest you check it out. It’s an upcoming #1 travel destination. There’s flight to Flagstaff or Phoenix, both are less than 2 hour drives to Sedona. The drive there is beautiful. Surely a destination you don’t want to miss! Stay tuned for updates on the offer 😄

A frequent question people ask me all the time: “What do I about guests with no reviews?” A few things come to mind- will they damage my place? Will they respect the house rules? Will they disturb my neighbors? It’s hard to feel completely comfortable with hosting guests with no reviews but at the same time everyone starts somewhere. I evaluate this on a case by case basis keeping their communication in mind, trip length, and purpose of their stay. Some hosts also increase their deposit for guests with no reviews. I’d advise to start with communication and go from there, this is assuming you have your settings to approve reservations. Make sure you always review guests so other hosts know what to expect, always pay it forward 🤗 Message me your questions and use my referral link to start your listing for a nice kick back. This year I attained my goal of having Airbnb’s all along the beautiful coastline of California. I love being able to host in these amazing areas which adds the benefit of having a vacation home available for personal use as well. Each time I have started an Airbnb I have questioned if it would work and fortunately its always been successful. Don’t be scared and go for it! My next goal is to establish Airbnb’s in other states. I have five states on my list, what about you?
