Wow 🤷♂️ here @ Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, wife woke up this morning covered in 100’s of bites all over her back and legs ( parts that were under the covers ), and I have a few as well, thought they were mosquitos, but after alittle research and talking to others, it’s clearly bed bugs. So we goto front desk, tell them what’s going on, they move our room to another, and take us to the doctors and prescribed us all kinds of lotions / etc. was an in house nurse/ doctor, and told us to goto pharmacy. They Won’t pay for the prescriptions, and won’t do anything else to fix the situation, they just don’t care. We are also paying members and they just don’t give a f@$k! So if your here or planning on coming, better be prepared for bed bugs. They are trying to cover it up and I’m not having it. Careless and just don’t care. Not cool after I paid 10’s of thousand of dollars here. Never again. Screw you Hard Rock!
