As of this evening, all guests and group leaders who are scheduled to depart to the Holy Land have received an email from us outlining the next steps as it applies to their departure date.
Thank you again for your patience this week as we focused on ensuring all guests who were in the Holy Land returned home safely and worked with our partners to establish the best path forward.
We are grateful that you have chosen us as your touring company. For us, there is no greater honor. Most importantly, please continue praying for the victims and their families, our partners in Israel and the West Bank, and our staff living in the Holy Land.
I am really saddened with the unrest in the country of my birth and the city of Jerusalem where I was born and lived and received my education at the Catholic School in the Old City.
I am in constant communication with our families in Jerusalem and in Haifa as well as the staff, tour guides, bus drivers and others who assist us with our groups traveling to the Holy Land to follow in the footsteps of Jesus who preached peace, harmony and salvation to all. I praise the Lord that all are safe and cautious in moving from one place to another.
All our passengers who were in Israel when the terrorist attack took place returned back home safely. All the groups traveling to Israel during the month of October are cancelled and we are helping them to contact the insurance company for those who chose to purchase insurance to submit a claim for refund of the amounts they have paid for their trip. Now, we will be working on November//December groups. We will inform all those who booked on those pilgrimage of any new developments including insurance claims.
The Holy Land and in particular Jerusalem are very important to us as Christians. It is the place where Jesus was born in Bethlehem, lived with Blessed Mother Mary and Joseph for over 30 years in Nazareth. Jesus started His ministry in Galilee and around the Sea of Galilee and preached the gospel of peace and reconciliation. Jesus also suffered persecution and died on the cross in Jerusalem for our sins and praise the Lord that the grave could not contain Him as He rose on the third day, as mentioned in the prophecies.
Let us join the Patriarch of Jerusalem and all Catholics around the world in a day of prayer, on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, as per the following message from the Patriarch of Jerusalem.
