We are a team of the original asbuilt surveyors that launched the asbuilt industry in California under the name "Asbuilt Services." Due to a change in ownership and the lack of a common vision we reorganized to bring you "ASBUILT CONDITIONS." For many years our team has led the industry in providing highly accurate and affordable asbuilt drawings to architects, engineers, and building owners. Now

joined as ASBUILT CONDITIONS, our team will continue to combine state of the art technology along with years of learned trade to provide top quality service. Most exciting of all...we have taken our asbuilt surveying to the next level. In addition to our standard 2D CAD services we now offer 3D asbuilt modeling in Revit.

We measured this restaurant floor plan in Pasadena that was over 12k sqft and occupied while measuring. We usually prefer the building to be vacant but sometimes that is not possible.
