Artist biography Statement

Nicole “ Rea” Miller was born May 14 1984 in Southampton, NY and has been painting since 2002. She attributes her artistic ability to practicing Zen mediation and her experience with various meditative states. Her expressionism is part emotionally explosive, part direct conscious intention and design and part exploration of the experience of using the eye as a form of

indirect sense perception. She uses various applications of the paint, ranging from variety of paintbrushes, using hands/fingers to apply paint, volume levels of diluted paint and various frequencies of natural light. ( ie. Moonlight, firelight, darkness etc)

Nicole “REA” Miller has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and has a background in complementary and alternative medicine techniques of Reiki and Hypnotherapy. Her work is available for sale and She is available for private consultations in energy work.
