Tomorrow, all Los Angeles Public Schools have the day off, but we know parents don't have the workday off! We're offering a one-day camp, with two age groups. Walking age, up to 36 months will be in one cohort, and ages 3+ in another cohort. We're offering all STEAM activities for our students, creating an engaging day of fun and learning. You make think these students are too young to use hammers, but this is tied in with our core philosophy. We support children as they push their limits in a safe space. They spent several weeks playing with plastic hammers to make sure everyone could use these tools safely.Now they get to follow their imagination and lead with curiosity, which is what Imaginology is all about.

We grow imagination!

We believe that imagination is the seed for all great scientific discoveries/inventions and extraordinary artistic creations. That’s why we put the development of imagination at the forefront of all our work.We offer opportunities for children to freely explore abstract concepts through play by providing an environment filled with natural, up cycled and innovative materials which engage children and support creative and collaborative learning. Why do we think it’s important? Because children spend more time in the virtual world than in the “actual” world and become disconnected from reality. By engaging with the world through all their senses, the children connect to our planet and to each other. Through connection comes caring. And it’s caring which is key to assuring our planet and its inhabitants survive and thrive.
