We looooove farmer’s markets, how about you?
It’s Spargelzeit (white asparagus) in Germany and also strawberry 🍓 season.

What’s your favorite springtime treat that is ? And have you been to any of the Historic Highlights of Germany yet? We would love to see you pictures.

The colorful farmers’ market at 's Münsterplatz is a popular tourist attraction and a valued shopping area for locals. Fresh fruit and vegetables from the region, as well as typical arts and crafts, can be found here. Don't forget to try the “Lange Rote”, Freiburg‘s legendary bratwurst. visit.freiburg

to Historic Highlights of Germany 🇩🇪 Heidelberg, an Inside Europe favorite and one of the last German cities we visited in the summer of 2020 (alongside Würzburg & Rothenburg.de).

We are counting down the days until we return to these and other favorite destinations across Europe again. Where can’t you wait to visit again?

We found this photo of Heidelberg Castle with the old bridge in the evening very atmospheric. Do you like it too?
The bridge and the castle are made of red sandstone. Neckartal sandstone is still quarried today close to Heidelberg.
