As I am sure you’ve heard, parts of Florida are under a hurricane watch and/or warning. We do not anticipate major weather issues here at this time. If you were planning a trip to the beach please cancel those plans. I have included a link below for the Weather Channel. As you know they cover a broad area and a lot of their warnings do not include Central Florida. We are located in the northeast corner of Polk Co close to the Osceola County line in the area known as Four Corners. Polk Co is the largest county in Florida and weather conditions vary greatly in this county depending on the area. Osceola is also a large county and weather varies.
As always we want you to be safe:
If we do see that there are going to be sustained winds over 30 mph, please secure patio furniture and grill close to the exterior walls of the house.
Please make sure your cell phones are charged in case of emergencies.
Do not be in the pool or outside when lightning is present within 7 miles.
We do not expect weather any more extreme than our afternoon thunderstorms which we have almost daily. To be sure of changing conditions, please check the weather channel or local TV stations regularly.

If you are planning a family reunion this is the perfect house in the central Florida theme park area.
