The Space:
This charming house was built in the 1930s and maintains its character with many original features with modern updates. These features(original hardwood floors, original doorknobs and molding) marry seamlessly with designer furnishings to bring a cozy cottage vibe with modern touches. Entering the home the first room is a lovely sitting room that has bright natural light with two cozy velvet chairs and a vintage desk perfect for remote work. This sitting room leads into the dinning room, with a farmhouse table that seats 6 - plenty of space for a full meal or playing board games. The ground floor has two bedrooms, each features a queen memory foam mattress and two different types of pillows, memory foam and down alternative to ensure you have a restful sleep. In addition, the front room has luxurious velvet blackout curtains to create a perfect sleep environment. The first bathroom is a full tub/shower with timeless penny tiles on the floor. All the essentials are provided for your convenience such as linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. Enjoy a fully updated kitchen with modern appliances and soft close cabinetry. The cozy breakfast nook is such a convenient place for a quick morning breakfast. We have both a coffee maker and tea kettle to help you get your day started! Kitchen comes fully equipped and stocked with everything you need (see below for full details!) to cook for yourself or a group. The kitchen leads outside to a patio space with a new grill! From the kitchen you can find yourself in an exceptionally cozy living area with a large comfy couch and three chairs to accommodate all guests and the softest rug you've ever put your feet on. There are blankets a plenty for you to curl up and watch a movie or your favorite show on the large 55 inch smart Roku TV which means it will automatically log you out of your streaming apps at check out so you have peace of mind that your account information is secure! Remote control candles and a Bluetooth/Record player sets the mood if you're looking for some extra relaxation. The fireplace is gas and fully functional and can be set up to automatically control the temperature in the room! There is no better place to spend an evening unwinding from the day. The steps lead downstairs to the basement (be cautious-the stairs are steep, but have a handrail). This space is filled to the brim with entertainment. It features a bookshelf with an assortment of games ranging from the classics to a fun murder mystery game. Also in the space is a game table to with built in fooseball, mini pool table, mini air hockey and more! This space has a larger 65 TV perfect for a movie night. This TV has the same Roku TV features as the TV in the living room. There is another newly updated full bathroom as well! The basement is set up to accommodate extra full bed with the pullout couch. And for your convenience features a full sized washer and dryer. This brings us to our final space-the attic room!
