June 20th marks World Refugee Day, a day designated by the United Nations to honor people around the world who have had the courage to leave their homes to escape violence or persecution.

This World Refugee Day, we are proud to highlight two organizations we partnered with that have supported those who fled from Ukraine this year. The World Central Kitchen provides meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises and is currently serving meals to Ukrainian refugees in Poland, Hungary, Moldova, and Romania. Direct Relief, an organization founded by a refugee, has teamed with Ukraine’s Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO) to provide medical and long-term aid to people impacted by this war.
