So we are closed to go fishing….. KY hasn’t thawed the fish yet…. So you gotta go where the action is. Will reopen for spring crappie when the bite is back.

Tornado, snow….. cold with 40 mph wind….. a perfect day to plan a trip to FL….. I will be headed out once Mother Nature quits being dramatic. Hopefully open to some charters soon!

Well…. Fishing has not started up yet this far north. So we are still suspended… for now! I will up date as soon as possible!

Went and checked out taylorsville today…. Water is still murky and bite is not on. Did some trolling, jigging and swim baits. Talked to the locals at the dock and they had the same results….. so…. We are going to delay any new charters for 2-3 weeks. Hopefully a change in weather soon!

For those reaching out…. Water is like mud and slower than the “flooded timbers”. Going to suspend bookings for two weeks in hopes the water clears up. I know… you want to fish, I want to take you… but right now the best I have is a sight seeing tour to view wild life!

Rods, reel and tackle provided. Feel free to bring your own gear as well.

Limit is 15 crappie a day. You keep your catch!

The boat: an amazingly kept Key West 152. Updated Garmin chartplotter and fish sounder. Classic 50hp Yamaha 2 stroke will take us to the next spot quickly! Boat is set with a shallow pole for surface sight fishing! Boat is ready to take 2 anglers out using conventional spinning gear or 1 angler with a fly rod. Reach out today to plan your adventure!
