If you’ve followed us for a while, you know that we’ve seen so many designs that it’s hard to come across unique anymore. Well, this one fits the bill. It’s not going to be for everyone, but I feel that even if it’s not your style, you can appreciate the ex*****on. Find the shower drain.

Managing clients that fall short in providing pertinent info about jobs is challenging. I want to meet & exceed all expectations for what we do, but I can’t service clients well without information that is essential to a seamless installation. Starting with tile selections and where they originate. That’s just the jumping off point. So many other variables to consider including drain finishes, tile patterns, orientation of tile patterns, grout colors, stone vs porcelain, etc etc etc. if I am responsible for all of these variables, you are responsible as the contractor to provide all pertinent info. I should not have to chase it down from 4 tile distributors in the region. Thank you to all clients that 1.) allow me to manage all materials start to finish including tile and 2.) contractors that take my takeoffs and order tile themselves (some also have tile on site when I start projects). I want to serve my clients better than anyone else can (I feel customer service is paramount), but I can only do so much on my own. ❤️😡
