It's always great to catch up with family!! While on a work trip I stopped by Indian Motorcycle St. Paul and got a chance to talk with the whole team there! They definitely have a lot going on for their IMRG and I was able to get some great ideas for 1925! Meeting this Saturday, hope to see everyone there! Thank you Amanda and Travis for the warm welcome!

The one thing that amazes us most about the Indian Motorcycle community is the bonds you make with other riders. Yesterday was an emotional day being reunited with the president of Indian Motorcycle Riders Group of Charlotte, Ryan Ross while he was visiting on business! If you are not a part of your local Indian Dealer’s IMRG group, we highly recommend you join!

From the Desk of the President: (LONG POST WARNING)
A great meeting was had today, I thank those that attended! We are looking to shake things up to either revive the group or ultimately shut it down. The September meeting is canceled, as it is Labor Day weekend.
The dealership is looking to have a weekend sales event (food trucks, bike show, something like that) around that timeframe so we will of course post details and look to have a big IMRG showing once we know exactly when it is. Haylea Kuhn is coordinating and we will update once we know.
The October meeting (October 1st) will be one where we hope to have max participation to help hash out the plan moving forward. We have open leadership positions and want to really look at what the future holds for IMRG 1925.
There are a bunch of items up for discussion. From when we have our meetings, to if we still have them at the dealership, to what officers we have/positions need filled, to looking at the yearly calendar, etc. So, start collecting your ideas now and think about what YOU want to get out of the IMRG. We had a lot of ideas today and definitely want to talk these through with everyone.
Lastly, everyone keep Jeff Glace in your prayers. He has cancer and is going through chemo but is going to need God to step in and help him out. At the end of the day we are a family, and we would do anything to help each other out. I know he won't ask for help, but if there is anything you need, don't hesitate to ask!

A great ride today for the Gaston County Toy Run For Kids!!! Just shy of 1300 bikes total!! Stopped at Pita Wheel - Dallas for lunch!!

Our Sept meeting will be on the 11th due to Labor Day weekend on the 4th. There is an event for it in our private group!!!

UPDATE: The July Meeting (7/3/21) has been moved to Saturday, July 10th. Same meeting time: 9:00am at the dealership. We are planning on a ride for lunch, weather permitting. Bring any and all ideas for future rides/events as we are now entering the 2nd half of 2021. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!!!

Due to the upcoming Easter Celebration Weekend, we have chosen to postpone our Monthly Meeting until next Saturday, April 10th. You should see a recent invite for the new meeting date. Hope everyone enjoys their week and Easter Weekend!
