al, or travel adventure for their unique ensemble. Now, over two decades later, we’ve built a loyal following of music educators across the country. They partner with Director’s Choice, year after year, for one reason: We don’t simply sell destinations.

It’s Just What We Do

At Director’s Choice, we know how meaningful travel and performance experiences can impact a dance or music program and help build a culture of excellence and creativity. But, as former educators ourselves, we also understand the challenges you may face in raising the funds, garnering approvals and recruiting participants in order to travel and perform.

That’s why in 1996, band director Jon Locke with a group of like-minded music educators started Director's Choice. Originally a festival performance company, Director’s Choice has evolved to meet not only the unique performance needs of our educators, but the group travel needs as well. Now, over two decades later, we’ve built a loyal following of performing arts educators across the country. They are part of the Director’s Choice family.

They allow us the privilege of planning their travel year after year because we don’t simply sell destinations, we provide extraordinary experiences, and we always make it personal. That’s because you can’t put a price on taking care of people. It’s Just What We Do.
