Did you know that Disney Nature offers educators activity packets for most of their Nature Films? Not only can you use these as an educator (for free!) you can also use them as a parent!

I recommend doing these activities when you have little ones at home, and if you want to get them more excited about your Disney Vacation!

If you've ever been to Galveston for the Holidays, you know there's plenty to do around there that make the trip memorable for everyone.

Howdy Ya'll! I've got some magical news to share with you, all the way from the Happiest Place on Earth!

Disney World visitors will no longer see the Genie+ service available for purchase, but instead a new system called Lightning Lanes.

Now unlike in the past where Lightning Lanes were free, you will still have to pay for these. The difference is, you can pay for it in advance and no longer have to pay for it the day of your visit to the parks!

I've got a graphic below that explains the two categories: Multi-Pass and Single Pass

Disney Resort guests will be able to book Lanes 7 days in advance while off-site guests will be able to book Lanes 3 days in advance.

No more waking your whole family up at 6AM while on vacation! Instead you get to save some hours of sleep so you're not as tired in the parks!

Another lesser known vacation destination is Disney's Vero Beach Resort! 2 hours from Disney World, you get the classic beach resort vacation experience on Florida’s beautiful Atlantic Treasure Coast. Visit during the summer and you can experience the Sea Turtle Nesting Grounds!

This Resorts has a lot of the same amenities as Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, such as Golf Course and Tennis Courts. This Resort is beachfront and offers Mini Golf, Water Sports, and other sports like Basketball, Archery, Volleyball and more!

Again, experience the Disney Difference without all the chaos of a Theme Park. A true vacation meant for relaxation, the Disney way!

Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is 5 hours away from Disney World and yet you still get that Disney Difference in a vacation, so this place would be great for families or even adults looking to go away for some golfing and beach fun!

Love the outdoors and Hiking? This year plan a trip to Yellowstone National Park! Visit 5 great places within the park as you hike the 1300-mile trail system! It's a destination you may not get to see all of in one visit, so going more than once is still worth the travel!

The best times to visit are August and May. August brings the best weather, but it can also be the most crowded. May gives you the chance to avoid the crowds and the chance to see Bison Calves and Bear cubs!

This destination is a treasure of information that can make it educational as well as fun! The Visitor's Center offers so much information that you could plan an entire lesson around it if you wanted to!
