"We got engaged at the Manassas Battlefield at the Stonewall Bridge. I knew it was going to happen within the next few days, but wasn't sure how/when."

"We can talk about anything without feeling any judgment."

"There was a time about 2 years ago when I was going through a really rough patch and he was just constantly and consistently there for me."

"The best part of wedding planning has been planning my Bachelorette trip with all of my girls and envisioning the big day and what our future may look like."

"He proposed in the backyard of the first home we just bought together!"

"The favorite thing about my relationship is how easy it is. We have so much fun together even when we don’t do anything but we’re both pretty spontaneous and always down to do anything. He has always been my rock through every hard time that’s come our way, truly has been my best friend."

💕 What is the best piece of relationship advice you have been given?
"The best piece of relationship advice I’ve been given was from my mother. She has always told me in every “argument” we’ve ever gotten to put myself in his shoes, to try and understand his point of view and to listen. Not to point fingers and not to list the things wrong but to express and listen without judgement. Communication is the biggest key to a successful relationship."

💕 What is your favorite memory of something you've done together?
"There are so many memories we’ve shared that it’s so hard to pick just one favorite. The day that he proposed was pretty significant, we had just had our nieces 2nd birthday party and he was insistent we go home and do some dinner and hang out with some family/friends…nothing out of the ordinary. We were surrounded by some of our favorite people and he popped the question! One of my most special memories with him was when we brought our first pup home to our new home and began new roles as dog parents together while also figuring out how to live on our own."

"So far, I love looking at dress styles and different floral piece options!"

"It was a surprise! I’m obsessed with all things Christmas! Chris and his dad own a local masonry business called Stoneworks. They built the Awareness Garden next to the Blackwater Creek Trail."

💕 What is your favorite thing about your relationship?
"I love that no matter what, he always supports me in whatever goals and events that are going on in my life. He never fails to lift me up through everything I have to face."

💕 When did you know that they were "the one"?
"A lot of the beginning of our relationship started out with long drives with nothing but conversations between us. I have to say it wasn’t even the talking that had me hooked, it was definitely our shared love of music and us both discovering that we both know every word to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen."

💕 What is the best piece of relationship advice you have been given?
"The best advice I’ve ever received was to never go to sleep angry at each other. Also, to never stop doing the little things for each other. Show love every day in some kind of way."

💕 What is your favorite memory of something you've done together?
"My favorite memory of us would have to be our first trip we took together to Tennessee. We stayed in a cabin and went on so many local adventures together. It was nothing but perfect. We had so much fun and it let us grow even more as a couple."

💕 What has been the best part of planning your wedding?
"I love seeing the ideas and dreams I have had since a little girl becoming a reality right before my eyes!! We are not too deep in the planning process yet, but still just putting our ideas on paper and watching it all come together is amazing!"

💕 Where did you get engaged and was it a surprise?
"Noah proposed in Gatlinburg, TN at our AirBnB on the last day of our trip. I was completely surprised!! We had planned this trip months in advance since we had gone the same time last year and enjoyed it, so I didn't think anything different about this trip."

💕 What is your favorite thing about your relationship?
"I love our travels and our quality time together. Our favorite (and most stressful) thing to do is watch the Minnesota Vikings every Sunday!"

💕 When did you know that they were "the one"?
"From the first time I met Noah, I knew I wanted him to be a part of my life! We were still getting to know each other and hadn't really gone on any official dates yet, but I had gotten a flat tire and called him immediately to see if he could help because I did not know how to change one. He was there within 5-10 minutes and from that moment, seeing his willingness to drop what he was doing and come help me, I knew he was a great guy and the one!"

💕 What is the best piece of relationship advice you have been given?
"Communicate, communicate, communicate!"

💕 What is your favorite memory of something you've done together?
"I really loved our trip to Minneapolis, MN to see the Vikings play at home. It was a surreal experience from looking over the Great Lakes on the plane ride, to visiting the Mall of America, and then ending our trip with experiencing a game at the Vikings stadium."
