For a long time I have wanted to run on Thanksgiving Day- so a Turkey Trot - or something…but never have.

That ended today! My boys joined me on their bikes as I ran around the neighborhood on this beautiful day…I am so grateful for my family and friends - near and far…and for those folks who made today a running day!!

And now we eat!

My oldest son made me coffee ☕️ this morning (even grinding the beans!!)…

Absolutely made my morning!

(I think watching all these years is runbing off on him!)

Of course younger brother couldn’t be outdone - so I had 2 cups of coffee delivered! ☕️ ❤️

Bringing my studies to the local …just another day in the life. I find that I am able to focus more at the coffee ☕️ shop - funny even though there is tons of background noise!

The end of the semester is near so the computer 💻 and I are going to be best friends for the next couple of weeks! I’m sure my kids will be fine 😂

The combination of ultra coffee and freshly made Iron Almond Milk from the latest Rise and Run cookbook is phenomenal!

The best tasting mocha I have drank in a long long time - plus it is helping me out after running hills today!
