Intern spotlight! Meet our summer intern, Griffin Bittel. We are so excited to have Griffin on our team this summer. See below to get to know Griffin better!

What College & Major:
* I am a Supply Chain Management Major at Auburn University with a Minor in Aviation Management. I am a rising junior.

What made you interested in aviation?
* I have always been interested in aviation and airplanes. Ever since I was a child watching airplanes fly always amazed me. I knew from a young age that I wanted to do something in aviation.

What are you most excited to gain from this internship?
* I am excited to gain real world experience in the aviation industry learning how FBO operations work. This internship opportunity is an amazing opportunity to learn about both the aviation and business sides of the FBO business and gain valuable experience in business aviation.

What are your career goals after college?
* After college my goal is to become a commercial pilot.

An interesting fact about yourself?
* An interesting fact about myself is that I have my private pilot’s license.

Congratulations to John Jackson for being awarded one of this year’s Corporate Aircraft Association (CAA) Preferred FBO Employee Scholarships to help pursue his aviation related education!

John serves as a Line Service Supervisor for Hill Aircraft and was one of a few select number of recipients throughout the country honored with this recognition. Among the requirements applicants had to convey why they should be selected and have a recommendation submitted from the General Manager demonstrating their commitment to aviation and exemplary performance in their role for the Preferred FBO.

John is an important part in keeping our Line Service operations running smoothly each day. We are so proud of his achievement! We look forward to seeing him continue to grow with us and advance his education in the aviation industry. Congrats John!
