McGreevy Cottage was originally a year-round home for island residents. It has been a vacation rental home since 2000. Families have come from around the United States. It has had honeymooners, anniversary celebrations, girlfriends and couples getting away from it all. While it has a very small yard, it boasts an island of 1,800 acres of state park land to play on. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and

2 1/2 baths. The living room has a fireplace and plenty of room to watch movies or play a board game. The master bedroom has enjoys an ensuite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share a full sized bathroom. The dining room will fill your needs. Check our our availability at mcgreevycottage.com
