Production homes typically offer the best value because of the builder’s ability to control cost through mass production. Production builders typically purchase large parcels of land and control the majority of the residential lots available in a particular community. This gives the buyer many different options on where in the community they can choose to build their new home. 2.The Search: We start looking at each and every opportunity for you based on the criteria that you gave us. We present only relevant options to you, saving you countless hours of searching and headaches.
3.Home Preview: Once you have identified what community or communities that interest you we take you out to tour and REGISTER you with the builder or builders that we visit. It is VERY important that we REGISTER you with the builder BEFORE you visit them for the FIRST time. This insures that the builder will allow us to represent you. If you go visit a builder BEFORE we register you, then you will be forced to work with the builder representative, which works on the builder’s behalf and NOT yours.
