Thanks to all our guests , friends and family for the concern as hurricane Idalia was expected to hit our area. Thankfully it did not and we sustained minor flooding with the surge and a lot of misplaced sand . Our community and city has most of it cleaned up and things are as usual In beautiful Mad Beach ! Here are some pics neighbors, friends and members of groups posted that I borrowed during and after the storm . Happy labor day all !

Will be fully renovated with all new furniture, cabinets , lights , floors , bathroom, paint & screened in lanai with comfy couch and chairs overlooking the intracoastal . Walking distance to bars , restaurants, John’s pass & steps from Archibald beach . Fishing docks with cleaning station and we have a dock with lift available to rent along with the condo .

Rearranged the guest bedroom and can open the window to view the intercoastal . Also rearranged the living room so the lazy boy couch doesn’t hit wall ! ( my helpers were thrilled 😁)

Coming soon ! A second condo available for rent with a boat dock . Fantastic place to watch the Mad a beach boat parade . We had a wonderful time with neighbors and friends. Renovation in April and will start taking bookings for the fall . Watch for the announcements

Amazing Condo and Owner.
My wife and I spent 3 weeks in Kris’ amazing condo. The condo had been completely renovated, and beautifully decorated. It had a most wonderful state of the art modern kitchen and hidden washer/dryer combo, extremely comfortable bedrooms and living areas, great tv and wifi service and fantastic bathrooms and showers. Its marvellous ocean front balcony, well sheltered from any wind and warmed by the sun, on even cool days, was complete with comfortable sturdy high wooden chairs and a table perfect for enjoying drinks, reading, beach action and sunsets. The condo is complete with all the kitchenware, and kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies and other needs, and more, that you would hope to have in a long stay condo. The balcony closet contains many beach chairs and an umbrella, a carting wagon and other play accessories for enjoying time on the beach. Access to the beach for walks, sunbathing and play is secure, easy and direct. The complex is very secure with locked access to the building, a large pool and hot tub, and a shuffleboard court. Most importantly, the owner, Kris, is amazing to deal with, quick to answer and help with any questions. We absolutely loved everything about the condo and definitely plan to return. Thanks Kris!
