1. Zoning Approval - Ensure you can operate a short term rental in your desired area. Some areas have restrictions on rental licenses, plus how many can be within certain neighborhoods.

2. Operational Standards - Local regs stipulate standards for rental properties. Knowing the standards will help you ensure that your space meets the requirements.

All finished up and ready for a new home!

This sweet little drop leaf side table has a whole new look. Painted in my custom Wise Owl Paint color Linden Sky with a small amount of Isles Ave to lighten it up a bit and the legs were revived with salve. I made the k***s from the redesign with Prima k**b mould (see a previous post for the process!) and then finished it off using a few pieces from the Country Charm maxi transfer.

I wish it were that easy! Our cleaners are the bread and butter of our business! Without them, the magic simply wouldn't happen.

We make sure our homes are squeaky clean for guests. Despite the smaller size of the homes, you'd be surprised at the amount of cleaning and time that goes into them!

In the midst of the holiday season, I have been reflecting on my first year as a host and am so very thankful for each and every one of our guests.

Our guests came for weddings, class reunions, work, visiting family, and seeing the area for the very first time!
