628 West Street was built in 1834. At that time it consisted of only the first floor brick portion. The second floor was added in the 1840’s. The frame rear addition was constructed in the 1960’s. After our purchase of the property last summer an extensive remodel was undertaken including a complete remodel of the kitchen downstairs and the entirety of the the apartment upstairs.

The Guesthouse on West is a restored second floor one bed one bath apartment for rent in historic Madison Indiana. Offering a convenient location three blocks from Main Street shops, restaurants, coffee houses and cafes and five blocks from the riverfront. Perfect for visiting to enjoy all our beautiful town has to offer.
The Guesthouse on West sleeps two with a fully equipped kitchen, fiber optic WiFi and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. Reservations can be made starting June 1st. Cost is $99.00 per night plus a $60 cleaning fee. Inquiries may be sent to [email protected].
