Do your kids love “Hey Disney” as much as mine do?
There’s a number of things this can be used for such as “tell me a story”, trivia games, park hours, and even ordering more towels or supplies from mousekeeping.
I’ve been surprised by how excited my kids get about this!
Disney resorts are one of my family’s favorite parts of a Disney vacation.
Aside from the technical benefits of being a Disney resort guest (early entry, booking lightning lanes and dining earlier than off-site, and more) it’s the theming, attention to detail, activities, comfort and convenience of the rooms compared to other hotels, and overall magic that makes all the difference to us.
I am firmly not a “just need a bed to sleep on after the parks” person. As much as I love the parks, the ambiance of a stunning lobby, great dining options and a well-themed pool area are the setting of some of our best vacation memories.
While I spent a lot of time enjoying the parks as a cast member, I rarely got to experience the resorts. When I ask my kids about their favorite vacations it’s the ones for which we’ve stayed Club Level at Disney.

Having checked in after stays at two other non-Disney hotels I have to say that Disney resort rooms are so well designed and functional for families. The space under the bed to fit all of our luggage. Plenty of room in the entryway for our stroller, a bigger fridge than our previous hotels, more hooks in the bathroom. Just in general it made for a more comfortable stay.
The Disneyland Hotel is simply magical. I’ll share more about the club level tomorrow.
