2nd Street Carriage House and Inn is open for visitors in Historic Madison, Indiana. We are located in the heart of downtown, one block from shops and dining, and two blocks from the gorgeous riverwalk along the Ohio River. The Inn sits next door to the Jeremiah Sullivan House, and across the street from the Talbot-Hyatt House and the Masonic Schofield House. Enjoy two bedrooms, one with a king,

and the other has a daybed/trundle (2 twins), 2 full baths, a large kitchen, family room and dining room. Enjoy sitting on the covered side porch with a view of the gardens . The Carriage House is in the backyard of the Inn, and is surrounded by gardens. it has a charming bedroom with a queen size bed, which is located on the main floor, along with a bathroom, complete with a claw foot tub and shower. Upstairs you will find a comfortable family room and kitchen, and a twin bed tucked in the corner. Wifi and Hulu Live streaming are included. Enjoy sitting outside on the patio in the fenced in private backyard with flowers galore. We are excited to share our town with you! -Carriage House is $160.00 /night + (12% state and innkeepers tax) for two guests

-Inn is $175.00/ night plus taxes for two guests

* two night minimum
* additional guests are $25.00 a night + taxes

🧀CAMEMBERT
Camembert is a soft, creamy, surface-ripened cheese made from cow's milk. It originated in the late 18th century in Camembert, Normandy, France. The cheese is known for its buttery flavor, creamy texture, and edible rind. Camembert is sometimes compared to brie cheese, but it has a slightly lower butterfat content. It has a stronger and more robust flavor profile than brie. My favorite pairing with Camembert is Mango Chutney!
