That’s why we’re dialed in on a singular mission (some may say obsessive, and we’re ok with that) to ensure everyone can enjoy pasta that actually tastes like pasta – no matter dietary restrictions or lifestyle choices. We believe fresh pasta can be gluten-fr

ee and still have the same amazing taste and texture as “regular” pasta. That’s the standard each of our products has to meet before ever making its way to your plate. Taste Republic was born from a passion to help. In 2008, wanting to solve the longstanding – and previously unsolved – challenge to make a gluten-free, fresh pasta that had the same amazing taste and texture as its regular counterpart, one of Taste Republic’s cofounders (our resident creative genius) nailed the recipe. His inspiration and motivation? A friend diagnosed with celiac disease who could no longer eat traditional pasta. On the heels of the invention (to us, this is like Wright brothers level stuff), Taste Republic’s five founders focused on blending purpose, passion and pasta to create what’s become one of the most popular gluten-free brands. That drive led to the creation of numerous gluten-free and vegan pastas that continue to set the standard for what’s possible. Today, our goal hasn’t changed. Sure, we’re adding more pastas and continuing to push the limits, but we’ll never sway from our core believe that food is more than sustenance. And everyone deserves access to great pasta. No. Matter. What. We’re looking for new ways to create equity, to ensure no one feels singled out or left out because of dietary restrictions they can’t control. It began with gluten-free pasta, and we’ll never lose sight of that. But, we’re on a mission to do more. As a certified B Corporation, we’ve taken intentional steps to improve the world. Whether that’s helping build a more sustainable and inclusive economy or finding ways to help the gluten-free community, we’re in it for the long haul.

.eats is serving up the ultimate date night dish! 🍝✨ This creamy Carbonara, made with grain- and gluten-free cauliflower linguini and pancetta, is pure perfection. Who else is drooling? 🤤

📸 + Recipe .eats

Ingredients:
• 1 package Cauliflower Linguini
• 4 oz pancetta, diced
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

🍝 Cook the cauliflower linguini according to package directions.
🍝 In a skillet, cook the pancetta until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute.
🍝 In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream (if using), and a pinch of black pepper.
🍝 Once the linguini is cooked, reserve a little pasta water (about 1/4 cup) and drain the rest.
🍝 Add the linguini to the skillet with the pancetta and garlic, and toss to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat.
🍝 Slowly pour the egg and cheese mixture over the pasta, tossing quickly to create a creamy sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
🍝Season with salt pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Get ready for Sunday’s big game with a snack that’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser! 🏈✨ We’re bringing back one of our all-time favorite game-day recipes: Gluten-Free Four Cheese Raviolini Chips served with a bold and zesty Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip. The best part? It’s completely gluten-free, so everyone can dig in and enjoy! 🧀🔥 Check out the recipe below and score big on flavor this game day. 🙌🍴
Ingredients:
1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Four Cheese Raviolini
½ of a rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3-5 tbsp buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Blue cheese crumbles
Olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Place raviolini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Once done, set aside to cool.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, red onion, green onion, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix well. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
Serve crispy raviolini chips and enjoy!

Join the Gluten-Free Revolution

New gluten-free pasta brand, Taste Republic, spins off from RP’s Pasta Company. Their Plantain Linguini is a NEXTY Awards finalist.

Born in the kitchen of RP’s Pasta Company, Taste Republic will first focus exclusively on gluten-free pasta varieties and include innovative additions such as the NEXTY Awards finalist Taste Republic Plantain Linguini.

While RP’s will continue to offer the same all-natural pasta that their customers love, all existing gluten-free pasta varieties will now carry the Taste Republic label.

“Launching Taste Republic allows us to speak to, serve, and to innovate for our gluten-free customers in a more purposeful way,” says Peter Robertson, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of both RP’s Pasta and Taste Republic. “Going forward, we intend to deliver the best tasting and performing gluten-free foods, as we have done in pasta. Taste Republic represents our commitment to the gluten-free consumer and community.”
