For twenty years we have been providing a unique opportunity to see Cuba by offering personalized bicycle tours for groups of 8-15 people. We are adept at illuminating "el cubanismo" through its natural beauty, vibrant culture, and endless contrasts. Cuba is a mosaic of Latin/Afro/Caribbean and U.S. influences in a communist country that encourages, private enterprise, black markets, baseball, bicycling, and exports the best music, ci**rs and rum the world has known. To visit Cuba with us is nothing but fun. During our tours we will not be sitting pool side in chaise lounges. Instead we will be traveling with and getting to know our Cuban hosts as we pedal an average of 40 to 60 miles a day in about 4 to 6 hours. When we’re not biking we will be swimming on deserted beaches, exploring caves, or relaxing in jungle waterfalls. The air is sweet and humid and the scenery is surrealistic. It’s like riding through a beautiful postcard. We are not out to break distance or speed records, but ride at a leisurely pace to stop at every breath taking vista, photo opportunity, rum and guarapo stand we see. Small groups help insure flexibility. We offer Havana day tours, Havana bike rentals, and several 10-14 day island tours. Because we travel with the former University of Havana Cicloturismo Club we are able to gain access to various protected and restricted areas, utilize the National Park system, and find those little out of the way palaces that only the locals know about. We hope you join us on one of our tours!
