Check out these precious shoebox floats created by our talented friends at Boswell Regional Center! 🏆✨ These are just a few of the incredible floats that have already come in, and we can’t wait to show you even more!
We’ll also have shoebox floats coming in from Magee High School, Simpson Academy, and our Senior Center—plus, anyone in the community is welcome to participate! Get creative, join the fun, and enter your own float into the contest!

Christmas Volunteers: Making Magee Bright
Thank You to Our Amazing Christmas Decorating Volunteers! 🎄✨
We want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who joined the Main Street Magee organization to make our community shine bright this holiday season! Your hard work has transformed our town into a festive wonderland. Here's what each group accomplished:
- Angel & Snowflake Bulb Replacement: Penny Aguirre, Natalie Adcox, and Kelly Prince worked their magic on these decorations!
- Christmas Tree at the 5-Way: Tiffany Kinslow, Phillip Peacock, Adrianne Peacock, and Amarilys Carter brought the tree to life with lights and decorations.This is our team's second year to tackle that massive tree!
- Magnolia Wrapping on Main Street: Lee Maddox, Willie, Nathan, Jason, Zachary, William, Trent, Oliver, and Johnny added twinkle to Main Street. Thank you to the men of Voice of Hope for all your hard work all day!
- Balcony Decorations: Samantha Hanna, Lynn Duncan, and Allie Jo Brister dressed up the balconies with festive cheer.
- Wreath and Bow Fluffing on Main Street: Ada Martin and Deshaun Mikel refreshed the wreaths and angels.
- Library to Community House Decor: Paula Colson fluffed trees, while Merika Kalman, Ryleigh Lowery, and Billie Hayes adorned the Community House with wreaths and garlands.
- Angel Placement and Power Coordination: The City of Magee placed angels around town, creating a beautiful display.
- Ural Everett Park Nativity Scene: Tiffany Kinslow set up the nativity scene and star adding a special touch to the park. Tiffany and Mike Berry hung the lights in the trees at Ural Everett lighting it up nice and bright. Mike and Al Sullivan fixed the string lights in the park also!
- Bow Tying: Paula Colson tied all the bows for the angels on the side of the road and Parker Worrell, along with Benjamin Ferrell, secured each bow on the angels.
-Large Ornaments at the 5way: Tiffany Kinslow set out the newest addition to our Main Street decor, the giant ornaments at the 5way. Al Sullivan
