Perhaps even catch a glimpse of the local wildlife.
Wycle Creek Cabin is located within relatively short driving distances from most attractions and activities, such as The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway; a scenic driving route appropriately known as “America’s Favorite Drive”. Nearby Cherokee NC offers family attractions and activities such as the Oconaluftee Indian Village and the Cherokee Museum. For adults, there’s Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. Families can enjoy and experience whitewater rafting, kayaking, tubing and zip-lining, all found at the Nantahala Outdoor Center located in Bryson City, NC. For those wanting to take a leisurely train ride through the beautiful countryside of Western North Carolina, The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, also located in Bryson City is your ticket.
Maggie Valley itself hosts a variety of popular activities such as skiing and snowboarding at the Cataloochee Ski Area and snow tubing at Tube World.
