The Big Cheese I can not seem to update my page info. I am making individual orders while on maternity leave, not just working events right now. Mrs.

The BIG CHEESE is a refreshing new twist on the everyday bakery. Free specializes in gourmet cheese cakes. That is not to say, she is not familiar with other types of pastries. While being in the restaurant industry since she was a young tyke, she has gained hands on experience through the years. Not to mention getting some of her creative processes through supervising multiple Starbucks location

s in Texas, and is now a Starbucks Store manager for the Lufkin location. The thought behind this new bakery is a very simple one! Pick one thing and do it well. This is why she has chosen to do cheese cakes. The menu you will see consist of many different varieties of cheese cakes. The cheese cakes that are on the menu have been chosen through an arduous selection process that gives the best quality and integrity to the menu. The Menu itself is a guide, but not wanting to be limited by a piece of paper, she will take any idea and make it amazing! UPDATE 2020:
This bakery was once a full time event and cakes were made to order. Moving forward I will only be serving at events when invited to participate with Senor Pete’s food truck. For the time being I will not be taking orders for cakes or cupcakes as I am a full time store manager as well.

They were pretty tasty. Sugar cookie base, caramel filling with chocolate topping. These were a project batch. I’ll probably find a way to make them pretty with some drizzle and such.
