Our Story
Raised in central Florida with fathers working at the Kennedy Space Center, company owners, Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, both have a lifetime of fond memories of beach days, beach escapes, beach get-a-ways, and fun-filled family beach vacations. Their love of the ocean spans decades as does their romance (high school sweethearts, fellow UF graduates, married 33+ years with four children). Jeff has owned an Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. Soon after having their fourth child (4 in 4 years), Gina “retired” from her actuarial position to assist Jeff and raise their lively bunch. With a recent house full of teenagers, Gina likewise knows a thing or two about particular “customers”. Pooling very different skill sets but very common passions, they make perfect partners. They feel truly blessed, loving what they do and loving doing it together. Like Henry Ford said, “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” Jeff and Gina have built their home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to build this company on the same.
In 2004, they purchased their first beachfront condo as both a family retreat and investment property. It didn’t take long for them to realize that they were better equipped to manage their property than the on-site office. Applying their past work experiences, years of travel, and a high standard of excellence; they were soon doubling their previous rental income.
After poor experiences with both the complex office, as well as local real estate offices and success managing their own vacation rental, the decision was made to start a vacation rental property management business.
Jeff and Gina founded Teeming Vacation Rentals to bring a complete, effective management solution to vacation rental property owners in different travel markets. Since starting Teeming Vacation Rentals in spring of 2013, they have grown the company to roughly 340 properties, accommodating more than 8,000 guest reservations and doing over $13.1 million in total sales.
Their aim is to work together to build long-term relationships with both guests and property owners. Years of travel with a few mishaps convinced them of the importance of actually seeing the exact facilities before booking their vacation and the value of knowing a little about the location before arriving.
