Southern Comfort on Cedar Creek Lake Lake Front Vacation Rental Property The property is on approximately 1.5 acres of privately owned, heavily wooded, waterfront.

We have a Large Three (3) Car Garage with capabilities of securely storing up to three boats. It also incorporates a Private Boat Ramp, Boathouse on the water, with a covered Party Deck, Boat Dock and Fish Cleaning Station. The House has a Huge Front Porch that faces the water with 8-large Rocking Chairs and a porch swing to give you a picturesque view of the Lake. There is a Sundeck, Large Master

Living Area, with a real Wood Burning Fireplace. There are Three Bedrooms, Two Full Size Bathrooms and a fully equipped all electric Kitchen that provides all the basic necessities for cooking and serving meals, along with a Breakfast Area. The Master Living Area has a 30" Television and DirecTV with HBO and other Premium Channels. This home can sleep 8 people very comfortably or more when utilizing the Sofa or the sofa Sleeper located in the Sun Room. This home has the capability of accommodating up to (8) or more individuals if necessary. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, the Second and Third Bedrooms have Queen Size Beds. The Sofa Sleeper in the Sun room folds out into a Full Size Bed. All beds have an extra set of sheets. There will be two sets of Bath Towels per guest. A Large Capacity Washer and Dryer is included. All areas of the Home has been made hotel ready.

This week I outlined the flagstone walkway with concrete. After it cures ill acid stain it to match the flagstone. Next I'll pull out the pea gravel and use a black grout to fill in the crevices in-between the flagstone making it easier to walk on.

I had the opportunity to meet and be in the home of Barry St. Clair yesterday. In 1992 Mr. St.Clair caught a Trophy Bass weighing in at 18.18 pounds. Today St. Clair still holds the state record. I'm disappointed I didn't take an actual picture of it hanging on his wall. It was huge! He is now retired from the Texas Freshwater Fisheries in Athens, Texas and still fishing here at Cedar Creek Lake.

The weather this weekend is amazing! This weekend our guests staying at Southern Comfort will be taking advantage of the cool evenings by the fire pit, grilling out, fishing and use of our Deck Boat!
