The fully automatic system, operated by a GigaGuard™ PLC controller, features an intuitive 9” color touchscreen and is built in accordance with SEMI-S2 standards.

Adding to our premier line of custom-engineered gas equipment, SEMI-GAS® has recently expanded the capabilities of our Xturion™ Blixer™ Gas Mixing Blender to now support specialty ammonia mixtures. The Blixer™ Gas Mixing System for NH3 / N2 allows operators to mix their specialty ammonia gases on-site and in the specific mixing percentages they need, instead of having to purchase costly premixed gas cylinders.

MGE-XV increases safety in electronics manufacturing environments

Malvern, Pa. October 2014 – SEMI-GAS® Systems, an industry-leading supplier of ultra-high purity gas source and distribution systems, now offers the Xturion™ MGE-XV™, a new custom mini gas enclosure model that stores and delivers hazardous gases at sub-atmospheric pressures from small process cylinders. The MGE-XV increases operator safety and significantly reduces the risk of large, rapid gas cylinder leaks by drawing very low pressure gases from a vacuum in the process tool.

Low-cost controller monitors gas supply pressure

Malvern, Pa. September 2014 – SEMI-GAS® Systems, an industry-leading provider of ultra-high purity gas delivery equipment, debuts its new GigaGuard™ Pressure Status Indicator (PSI) for monitoring gas supply pressure from 1 or 2 pressure switches with single or dual outputs.
