It is always an honor and pleasure to present for the Program Management Institute at Lockheed Martin's Center for Leadership Excellence. The group was very diverse with participants from Australia, England, Canada, the United States and members from the Defense Aquisition University. Very challenging group with high energy and complete engagement. Next PMI session is in June and the bar is set pretty high.

Had the opportunity to work with a very impressive group of Program Managers from LMCO RMS at their Sikorsky Facility in Stratford, Ct. They were energetic, asked great questions and completed all of the exercises with a negotiator's dexterity. A really enjoyable time for everyone.

Just finished a 3-day Smart Negotiator class with the Contract Group at LMCO. 30 people from throughout the country were in attendance. Their ability to laugh and learn was impressive.

We re-connected with General Dynamics Mission Systems last week. It has been a number of years since we had worked with this group. We delivered The Smart Negotiator to the supply chain team. This was the West Coast group mainly Arizonia & California. The East Coast team is scheduled for mid-December. Highly interactive group that was greatly appreciated.

Completed the final PMI class today at the Center for Leadership Excellence. Had the most wonderful group of people. They were sharp, engaging and fun. We saved the entire free world with The Big House exercise and world is now a better place. Special thanks to Molly who makes everything run so smoothly. Looking forward to 2024.

Just completed The Advanced Smart Negotiator course for GD-OTS Supply Chain people. We only offer this class a couple times a year, so it is always a treat to teach it. This group had all taken the standard version of The Smart Negotiator and were familiar with the basic concepts already. We built upon that foundation, and they really leaned into the recording and critiquing each other's performance. It was a wonderful experience for both the participants and the instructor.

Had an international audience yesterday from Canada. The LMCES group from Montreal is always very interesting as they applied The Smart Negotiator concepts in both English and French.
