**Administrative Assistant: LOTN Management Office**
**Full-Time: 40 Hours per Week (Weekends as Needed)**
**Location: LOTN Clubhouse Management Office**
Lakes of the North is looking to fill a full-time position in the Association Management Office. The role primarily involves typical Administrative Assistant tasks with a focus on member hospitality, financial processes, collections, and social media management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phones and process payments.
- Draft documents and manage filing.
- Perform data entry and accounts payable tasks.
- Assist with lien and foreclosure processes.
- Communicate with both members and legal counsel.
- Handle billing and collections, including making collection calls.
- Support Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and Town Hall meetings.
- Manage social media accounts and marketing-related tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with typical office tasks and technology.
- Understanding of office logistics and procedures.
- Comfortable communicating with members, with experience in de-escalation and relationship building.
- Background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work.
- The ability to recognize the importance of small details while also understanding the bigger picture.
- Experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, cash handling, and data entry.
