When owners Brian and Kimberly Weber purchased Energy Center in 2000, it was with the goal of building a brand that offered true value and lasting quality to their friends and neighbors. After speaking with the customers and researching the market, they set out making changes to achieve this goal, expanding product lines, dropping brands that

failed to meet their high standards and adding new brands that offered the level of quality their customers deserved. Employees were carefully selected for their industry experience and commitment to personal customer service. Education and certification standards were raised to ensure that every employee maintained current product and industry knowledge to help customers buy with confidence and peace of mind. While Energy Center – Manhattan Pool has steadily evolved over the last decade, one thing remains the same. Our commitment to integrity and the customer experience continues to guide our business, as we strive to offer the highest standards of personal service, professional advice, lasting value, and quality you can rely on. EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Each year we get to combine our goals of employee education and community service by participating in the Latham Pool Builder Academy. This program offers field training for pool builders by Latham industry experts as they build a pool from start to finish using the latest products and methods. This pool is donated to a pre-selected family from an underserved community. Program participants gain hands on experience with design and construction methods and the receiving family is left with the in-ground swimming pool of their dreams! But our employee education does not stop there. From BioGuard Chemistry training and regular factory training on all major brands of pool equipment, training and certification for all of our hearth specialists through the Hearth Patio and Barbeque Association (HPBA) and the National Fireplace Institute (NFI)- we ensure that our employees receive the highest quality training and industry education to offer you quality service, buyer confidence and peace of mind. Energy Center – Manhattan Pool is a proud member of the Association of Pool and Spa Builders (APSP), the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG), the National Fireplace Institute (NFI), the Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association (HPBA) and Aquatech, an elite group of pool building and retail professionals.
