Been working on replacing the floor in the river boat. Got it completely tore out and used that for a template for new floor. Had to get glue/floor covering. Had a friend help me lay the covering on. Had to wait a few days for the glue to cure. And today I think will be the final step…… put it back together. I wish I would of remembered to take before pictures, once I finish this up I will share a pic. The floor definitely needed it, and it’s gonna make the boat look different as well. Will be back out tomorrow. I have dates open this month, only about 3 next month. March should be the prime fishing, don’t wait to get in the books.

We are booking for Big Manistee Steelhead fishing! Got dates open. Been a Capt for 41 plus years. We have a heated enclosed 21’ jet boat. Can accommodate up to 4 anglers. We fish the river from now till early April. ☎️ for rates and open dates 231-723-4901. Got days open in January and limited dates in February and March, so don’t wait to get in books.

And another year in the books! Yes, I have been chartering now for over 41 years. 😳. Still love what I do. Maybe it’s because I have such great clients/friends, and helpers along the way. I am grateful for ALL of you. I wish you all the best going forward to this new year. I have had one of the best years in the River in a very long time. Lots of fish being hooked/caught. Many people ask when are you retiring…….. not just yet, I would miss all of you and like I said, still love what I do. I am grateful for the friendships I have made along the way. Tight lines until I see you next trip. 😉 THANK YOU!
