Often we are asked if Viking Cruises are only for the "older" crowd. Here is a post from two guests in their 20's who just returned from a Viking Christmas Market Cruise! So I guess our answer is definitely NOT!

"To the younger crowd:
My wife, 26yo, and I, 27yo, embarked on a Viking Christmas Market Cruise for our honeymoon. When we shared our plans, we often heard, "You'll be the youngest by far" or "I'm not sure you'll fit in."
Such comments didn't deter us. We wanted to explore Europe, and a floating hotel with all-inclusive luxury seemed the perfect way. Every passenger and crew member we encountered was warm and welcoming. We knew we'd have a wonderful time, regardless of age differences.
In fact, we formed friendships with everyone we met. Word quickly spread about our honeymoon, and soon we were receiving congratulations and requests to see wedding photos.
Far from feeling out of place, we thrived in the company of couples celebrating decades of love. Their advice and experiences enriched our own newlywed journey. What better way to start the first week of marriage than receiving advice from those that have been happily married for 30, 40, and even 50 years!?
Our Viking cruise was truly world-class. The food, service, and overall experience were unforgettable. It was the perfect start to our married life, and undoubtedly the first of many Viking voyages."

Paris' historic Notre Dame Cathedral officially reopened Saturday, five years after being nearly destroyed by a fire, with celebrations and services that drew world leaders. TODAY’s Craig Melvin shares exclusive access to the landmark where the walls, ceiling, art and altar were restored.

Kathy flew into Chicago O’Hare Airport yesterday. She shared that in all of her years of travel she has never seen the Customs’ line so incredibly long! Please please - if planning on traveling internationally - we suggest you make arrangements to secure Global Entry. Some credit cards even help pay the fee!!

🌎**Global Entry **

*Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) *program that allows **expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States.** Members enter the United States by accessing the Global Entry processing technology at selected airports.

**How to enroll? **– Travelers must be pre-approved for the Global Entry program. All applicants undergo a rigorous background check and in-person interview before enrollment. While Global Entry’s goal is to speed travelers through the process, members may still be selected for further examination when entering the United States.

Any violation of the program’s terms and conditions will result in the appropriate enforcement action and termination of the traveler’s membership privileges.

**Who should apply?** Global Entry** includes TSA PreCheck benefits** so you don’t need to sign up for both programs. Because of this, people with Global Entry are allowed to use dedicated TSA PreCheck lanes.

Consider Global Entry **if you plan to travel abroad often** and you live near or are traveling through a center for the required interview (more on that later).
