For those who didn’t make it out to our cooking today, we had a post on side of the truck announcing that we will be set up in Maplesville on Wednesday, July 3 for the Independence Day celebrations. We will be cooking stew and it will be available by the quart or gallon. Preorders for all menu items will be taken until June 28. We will be cooking butts, ribs, and chicken halves starting at 2:00 on the morning of the 3rd there in Maplesville on site where we serve.
Please preorder so we can prepare accordingly. We will be serving from 11:00am until 5:00pm on the 3rd. Thank you for supporting our small business. We will take a “catering” break from July 4 until our monthly cooking in August for “Back to School BBQ”….

Big Bo’s BBQ Food Truck welcomes you to come out and visit us tomorrow in Maplesville. As of right now we have 4 other vendors coming and they will have a great variety of fun products and some great Fathers Day gift ideas or treats for yourself. In May we gave flowers to the first 20 customers for Mothers Day and we will have something for the first 20 customers for Fathers Day(which is next week)….the weather looks to be wonderful for the day. Come see Sara Fancher and me in the truck and Bo Windwood Farms DeLoach at the pit and fryer outside.

Bo and I are excited about the cooking in Maplesville this Saturday, June 8. We will have some vendors there with good homemade sweets - Katie Collins , and Melissa Mack with Scentsy and there’s room for lots more if you would like to join us. No fee.
Our menu will consist of our usuals and we have decided to add BBQ loaded Mac and Cheese for the first time. Come see us between 9-2 for great food, sweets and other fun products. Sara Fancher and I will be serving from the truck and Bo will be manning the pit and fryer outside. Father’s Day goody bag giveaway to a certain numbered customer at the window.

The PMMC 24HR in Reynolds Pasture is coming in hot!! Only one more weekend and then it’s Race Week!! Big Bo’s BBQ Food Truck will be on site beginning Friday for simple lunch , Friday night Spaghetti, and then we open up the full menu Saturday. If anyone would like to preorder Whole Butts, Full slabs of Ribs, or Spaghetti Plates, now is the time to do it. We will take preorders until Monday, May 27…

The men and ladies had steak, baked potato, bread and dirt cake(with a touch of Easter decor)…It is Good Friday and the message of the meaning of this most important day was shared prior to the meal being served. We also have a few new vendors that have contacted us about setting up, so we are excited about having a great day of outdoor shopping that day.
