But the true gem lies at the back - a spacious 75-foot dock on the canal, ready to moor your boat securely. Imagine stepping out of your luxurious abode and onto your boat for an adventure at sea, whenever the mood strikes. Enhancing your nautical experience, we proudly offer access to two state-of-the-art sailing kayaks, each valued at $10,000.
