There is plenty of room for all of your vehicles, boats and water toys. The back yard is fenced in for privacy and you there is a lot of extra room for your party to enjoy outdoor activities. There are beautiful long water views from the back yard and clear unobstructed views of the golf course from the front. For those who like sand between their toes, Sombrero Beach is only minutes away. There is a large enclosed screened patio which two outdoor tables and lots of seating. Our guests can soak up the sun by the pool or sit inside the shaded patio and enjoy the ocean breeze. The community is extremely safe and you can take evening walks along the golf course out front. There is also a large balcony off two of the upstairs bedrooms. At night, you can sit in the hot tub and look at the stars or sit by the water and enjoy the peaceful serenity that this property posseses. There is a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker utensils and cookware. Linens and bath towels are provided along with a full size washer and dryer. If you play golf, all you need to do is walk out the front door onto one of the nicests golf courses in the Florida Keys. For our fisherman and boaters, this home sits on 110' of waterfront only minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. You can fish, snorkel and dive within minutes of leaving the dock.
