Additional costs renters must pay are state and county rental tax (12%) on rental and cleaning fee. The Royal Seafarer charges renters $100 per stay for use of all amenities (i.e., pool, tennis courts, free laundry, exercise room) and parking and there is a $150 departure cleaning fee.

The master suite will feature a king-size bed (***queen bed is in the picture shown*** , full-size dresser, 2 night stands, HDTV and walk-in closet. The master bath includes a walk-in shower, comfort-height toilet and vanity with plenty of drawers and cabinet space. The guest suite offers 2 twin beds, tall dresser, and night stand. Another full bath and large closet is in the guest hallway. The 2 washer/ dryers per floor (6 units per floor) are free.

The open layout of the home, upscale décor and soft, ocean-inspired color schemes all come together to create a space that mirrors the easy, breezy tropical island feel, all while combining the modern amenities and luxuries of a five star resort. Not only is this particular unit one of the most luxurious and newly upgraded condos in the area, the condominium luxuries add even more to the experience. With a stylish, recently renovated lobby, a sparkling pool, social meeting spaces, fitness center and on-site tennis, guests can really enjoy the VIP lifestyle without having to travel very far. And after taking our provided beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach the first time, you can leave them in a storage area located on the grounds until the end of your stay.
