Another nice thing about Marco Island is its proximity to Miami. During the MLB season, we always try take in a Marlins game. The drive through the Everglades along Tamiami Trail is well worth it as well.

Each time we are in Marco, we make sure to stop by at the Sunset Grille, located on the bottom floor of the Apollo. Beach-side, casual atmosphere and hearty portions. Ideal for happy hour, watching the games and, of course, for sunsets !
